Two of our lawyers, Danielle Deschamps–Carlson and Deirdre Prestage Severide, are certified and experienced family law mediators and are therefore able to offer alternative dispute resolution techniques to minimize the need for expensive court applications.
Deirdre is also a qualified Collaborative Family lawyer who can assist clients in the resolution of family law disputes that meet the requirements of this unique, non-contentious approach to issues arising out of divorce and separation.
